南京工大数控铣齿机荣获首台套认定
日前，南京工大数控科技有限公司研发的重点产品SKXC-4000/35数控铣齿机取得了第二批江苏省首台套严重配备及关键部件认定。
该机具备铣内、外直齿及斜齿的功用，回转工作台直径3500mm，允许最大承重40000kg，X/Z轴反复定位精度≤±0.005mm，
主轴功率/总功率为45/80kW，最大加工模数32mm，最大螺旋角±22.5°，最大加工直径4000mm，可一次性完成软齿面齿轮或淬硬磨前齿轮的成形加工，是大型风电、工程机械、港口机械、冶金机械等所需的环形齿轮类部件加工的新型高效设备。该产品取得多项专利。
