钢厂降低产品价格 引致弱市矿价下跌
[据摇臂钻床报道]在供需矛盾、成交不畅的条件下，钢材市场持续走弱，由此铁矿石市场也遭受影响。近日，铁矿石价钱呈现快速下滑态势。
钢材市场价钱倒挂
日前，武钢股份(600005，SH)发布了其产品的6月份出厂价钱，部分重点产品价钱下调。其中，热卷下调80元/吨，中板下调50元/吨，酸洗下调80元/吨，冷卷部分规格下调100元/吨，其他部分产品下调50元~100元/吨。
我的钢铁网提供的统计数据显现，5月15日，全国主要钢厂共有10家发布调价信息，调价钢厂数量继续减少，价钱全线走跌。其中，上述钢厂中有9家钢厂对建材产品中止调整，价钱继续走跌，下调幅度从150元/吨到10元/吨不等。此外，有1家钢厂对板材价钱中止下调，下调幅度在80元~100元/吨。
据山东天河数控记者了解，近一个月以来，国内热轧、冷轧、中厚板等品种市场价钱普遍下跌100元~200元/吨，各地主导钢厂出厂价钱与市场价钱倒挂普遍存在。以国内最大民营钢企沙钢集团为例，其一产品的出厂价为4150元/吨，但市场价钱为4060元/吨致使更低，价钱曾经倒挂明显。数据显现，15日全国25个主要市场HRB40020MM螺纹钢均价较前一日跌17元/吨，全国24个主要市场6.5mm高线均价较前一日跌18元/吨。
对此，中国钢材网分析师秦芬芬在接受《每日经济新闻》记者采访时称，目前市场价钱下跌的最主要缘由是供需矛盾，“商家为了加快出货速度，不时下调价钱刺激下游需求，但终端需求并不买账；这种供需失衡的压力也传导至钢厂，钢厂只需下调出厂价钱来吸收商家订货。”
理论上，钢市的弱势在短期内很难有改动。兰格钢铁信息研讨中心市场调查显现，估量本周内(5.14~5.18)，国内长材市场价钱将继续下跌，板材市场价钱将稳中略有下滑。“后期市场难以止跌，整体上钢市维持继续走弱的态势，除非下游需求及钢厂供应情况有所改善。”秦芬芬分析称。
铁矿石市场受触及
百川资讯钢材分析师闫萍在接受《每日经济新闻》记者采访时表示，钢材市场的持续走弱显然触及到了铁矿石市场。“钢厂不采购或采购减少，矿山招标价钱在下跌，普氏指数也在下跌，招致市场上自自自自信心遭到打击。”
据了解，由于钢材市场低迷，钢厂采购积极性不高，致使进口矿市场需求进一步削弱，在无需求和成交的支撑下，进口矿价钱继续下跌。“目前市场利空要素居多，商家心态进一步恶化，买卖双方谨慎张望为主，市场成交较少。”
我的钢铁网调查显现，目前矿山招标资源量明显增加，但商家普遍出价较低，市场成交难以达成分歧，受此影响，澳矿和印矿成交价钱亦大幅下跌。数据显现，5月15日，普氏指数为138.75美圆(62%澳矿)，与上月末相比回落6.07%，较上周回落3.96%。
在外盘市场加速下跌的带动下，国内港口现货市场也继续小幅回落，个别品种成交稍有好转。“钢坯目前报价3640元/吨，已接近年初3630元/吨的低位，品位63.5%的印度粉矿报价146美圆/吨，原料市场后期仍有下调的空间。”秦芬芬说。
在兰格钢铁网分析张琳看来，本钱坚硬，钢价下跌，5月份钢厂依然走不出微利或亏损的艰难处境。“钢厂将在市场需求和产能释放之间探求，决议是增产还是减产，钢价将盘绕行业加工本钱和铁矿石边沿本钱小幅震荡，短期内难以寻觅到突破口。”
